We offer a series of tutorials to help users master the cartloader toolkit across a range of scenarios — from simple getting-started examples to processing full-scale ST datasets.

If you're new to cartloader, we recommend beginning with the Quick Start tutorial.
This vignette provides a beginner-friendly walkthrough using a small mouse hippocampus dataset to walks through cartloader functions.

Getting Started per Platform¶
These tutorials show how to run the cartloader pipeline on a variety of ST platforms, using small, representative datasets.
Each tutorial begins with data in the platform’s native format.
For consistency, we curated hippocampus from the mouse brain for each platform, when possible. If hippocampal data is unavailable for a given platform, we selected another brain subregion to illustrate the process.
