How to Create a Bookmark¶
This guide explains how to create a bookmark to save and share the exact state of your workspace.

1. Login into your account.¶
Click the Login button in the top right corner of the Top Bar to log in to your account. If you are using Chrome, it will use your Google account to log in.
2. Open the bookmark dialog.¶
Click the Bookmark icon in the Top Bar to open the bookmark dialog.
3. Define the bookmark.¶
- 1) Enter Details: Provide a descriptive title and an optional description for your bookmark.
- 2) Set Privacy: Choose the privacy level of the bookmark from the following options:
- Public: This bookmark will be listed as a public bookmark in the Bookmark Catalog page and can be accessed by anyone.
- Unlisted: Only the owner will be able to seen the bookmark in the Bookmark Catalog page. The owner can still share the bookmark with others by copying the link.
- 3) Create: Click Create to save the bookmark. The URL of the bookmark will be copied to your clipboard.
4. Share the bookmark.¶
You can now share the bookmark with others via the URL. Its URL can be found in the Bookmark Catalog page.
