Export Factor Data

  1. Open the Factor Drawer.
  2. Click the Export button in the top bar of the drawer.
  3. Select one or more files from the dropdown list to start the download.

Output

**Available files varies based on the factor layers. **

For example, for a FICTURE factor layer, the available files usually includes:

  • DE: A TSV file containing the differential expression data.
  • Pseudobulk: A compressed TSV file provides the pseudobulk data for this factor, which can be used for further analysis.
  • Model: A compressed TSV file provides the model data for this factor.
  • Summary: A TSV file provides a quick summary, including RGB, weight, postUMI, and top genes per each factor.
  • UMAP Data: A compressed TSV file provides the UMAP data for this factor.
  • UMAP Image: A UMAP image PNG file
  • UMAP Image per Factor: A PNG file that layouts UMAP for each factor in a grid.
