ROI (Region of Interest) Drawer¶
The ROI Drawer enables you to define, manage, and analyze specific regions within your tissue section.
Functionality¶
- Create ROI: Define a new ROI to isolate specific tissue regions.
- Compare ROIs: Run differential analysis between two defined ROIs or between an ROI and the remaining tissue.
- ROI Management: Upload existing ROIs or export defined ROIs for external use.
Interface¶
1. ROI Summary¶
It summarize the expression count in this SGE dataset, and the number of ROIs.
2. ROI Operations¶
ROI drawer has multiple different operactions, including
- Upload: Open the upload dialog to import an existing ROI file.
- Export: Open the export menu to download ROI data.
- Create: Switch to ROI creation mode.
- ROI Details: View details for a specific ROI.
- Compare: Open the ROI comparison interface.
