What information is shown for Gene layers?

When inspecting a specific molecule on a Gene layer, the Inspector Drawer displays information about that individual transcript or molecule.

The inspector information is organized into the following logical sections:

  1. Layer
    • Gene Symbol: The name or symbol of the gene (e.g., Sox2).
  2. Header
    • ID: The ID is defined by the [X coordinate, Y coordinate].
  3. Basic Metrics
    • Coordinates: The spatial X and Y coordinates (in µm) of the molecule.
    • Count: (If available) The unique molecular identifier (UMI) count or intensity associated with this specific point.
    • Cell ID: (If available) The cell ID associated with this specific point.
    • Z Location: (If available) The z-location of the molecule.
  4. Factor Layer Information
    • Factor Layer: The factor layer.
    • Top Factor: The factor associated with this specific point.
    • Probability: The probability of the top factor in the factor layer.
