What information is shown for factor Raw Pixel layers?¶
When inspecting a point on a Pixel or Square Bin layer, the Inspector Drawer displays detailed metrics regarding the gene expression and factor assignments at that specific coordinate.
The inspector information is organized into the following logical sections:
- Layer
- Layer Name: The name of the layer being inspected.
- Layer Type: The type of the layer being inspected (e.g., Pixel).
- Header
- ID/Coordinates: The unique identifier (Barcode) or coordinate string for the pixel/bin.
- Top Factor: The factor assigned to this location with the highest probability.
- Color: The color code associated with the top factor.
- Name/ID: The name or ID of the top factor.
- Probability: The probability score (0-1) indicating confidence in this assignment.
- Basic Metrics
- Coordinates: The spatial X and Y coordinates (in µm).
- Gene: A list of genes detected at this pixel/bin (often with individual counts).
- Count: The total expression count for detected genes at this location.
