How Do I View 100% of the Data?¶
Simply zoom in closer on a specific tissue region. As your viewport area shrinks, CartoScope dynamically streams higher-resolution coordinate points until the subsampling label disappears (or reaches 100%), indicating you are viewing the raw data at full resolution.
