ROI (Region of Interest) Drawer

The ROI Drawer enables you to define, manage, and analyze specific regions within your tissue section. You can draw custom polygons, upload/export geometry files, and run differential expression comparisons between multiple regions.

ROI drawer has multiple different operactions, including

• Upload: Open the upload dialog to import an existing ROI file.
• Export: Open the export menu to download ROI data.
• Create: Switch to ROI creation mode.
• ROI Details: View details for a specific ROI.
• Compare: Open the ROI comparison interface.
