Export Factor Data

  1. Open the Factor Drawer.
  2. Click the Export button in the top bar of the drawer.
  3. Select one or more files from the dropdown list to start the download.

Output

Available files vary based on the factor layer.

For example, for a FICTURE factor layer, the available files usually include:

  • DE: A TSV file containing the differential expression data.
  • Pseudobulk: A compressed TSV file containing the pseudobulk data for this factor, which can be used for further analysis.
  • Model: A compressed TSV file containing the model data for this factor.
  • Summary: A TSV file with a quick summary, including RGB, weight, postUMI, and top genes for each factor.
  • UMAP Data: A compressed TSV file containing the UMAP data for this factor.
  • UMAP Image: A UMAP image PNG file.
  • UMAP Image per Factor: A PNG file that lays out the UMAP for each factor in a grid.
